Our Customer Charter

It's important to be transparent and ethical. We respect our markets and value the contributions of our customers and competitors. We act in our customers' best interests, pledging:

  • We care deeply about the quality of the products we offer and we test our products to the highest quality standards.

  • We build strong partnerships with our customers, delivering great service and customer care. We aim to be the most trusted and most reliable supplier in the market.

  • We communicate with our customers and people in a clear and understandable way.

  • We supply affordable, high quality and functional products with fair pricing.

  • We accept our corporate and social responsibilities, choosing partners who are morally sound and share our values.

  • We have close relationships with our suppliers and work with them on initiatives that help to make the world a better place.

  • Our overseas partners operate factories which are fully compliant with health, safety and child labour regulations. Our aim is to ensure all our suppliers go beyond the ETI Base Code. To achieve this, we publish their annual audits on our website and share details of our social initiatives.

  • We care passionately about the world in which we live and we work hard to minimise our impact on the planet.

  • We look after our people who are co-owners. It is their right to help direct our company and to be treated as co-owners.

  • Our priority is supporting the official stockists of our products, who are the retailers and e-tailers that support us. We design our business and all its operations to deliver for our customers.

  • To be resilient, we have a direct business that focuses on areas where there is no One+All stockist to supply schools. We have a team of people that focus on ensuring that this is the case. However, if a school proactively contacts our direct business to make an enquiry, we respect the school’s wishes.

  • We support the aims and aspirations of The Schoolwear Association and believe the industry is stronger for it.

  • We believe that we should contribute to the future of textile manufacturing industries, so we participate in forums and events where we believe we can have a positive impact.
