Customer Charter

At One+All, we believe it's important to be transparent and ethical. We respect our market and the contribution that our customers and competitors make. 

As valued customers you can be assured that we will act in your interest and to this end we pledge the following:

  • We care about the products and services that we offer to our customers and we aim to offer a comprehensive customer care programme. 

  • We will build strong partnerships with our suppliers and our customers. We aim to use only the best branded fibres and fabrics for our products. 

  • We will supply affordable and functional garments with fair pricing to our customers. 

  • We will communicate with our customers in a clear and understandable way.

  • Quality is paramount in everything that we do. 

  • We care passionately about the world in which we live and we are doing our utmost to minimise our impact on the environment. 

  • We accept our corporate and social accountability; we choose partners who are morally sound and share our ethical values. 

  • We only use factories which are fully compliant with all health, safety and child/labour regulations. 

  • We will test all our products to the highest quality standards. 

  • We strictly adhere to Health and Safety Standards. 

  • It is not our policy to supply schoolwear direct into schools or to supply shops within schools. We are aware that this can sometimes cause conflict but it is our intention to support the official suppliers of our products. Those are the retailers who support us. 

  • We support the aims and aspirations of The Schoolwear Association and it is our view that the industry is stronger for it. 

  • We believe that we should contribute to the future of the textile community and as such we will participate in those forums which we judge will benefit its development.
