Customer Charter

It's important to be transparent and ethical. We respect our market and value the contributions of our customers and competitors. We act in our customers' best interests, pledging:

  • We care about the products and services that we offer to our customers and we aim to offer a comprehensive customer care programme. 

  • We will build strong partnerships with our suppliers and our customers, and use only the best branded fibres and fabrics for our products. 

  • We will supply affordable and functional garments with fair pricing to our customers. 

  • We will communicate with our customers in a clear and understandable way.

  • Quality is paramount in everything that we do. 

  • We care passionately about the world in which we live, so we work hard to care for the planet and minimise our impact on the environment. 

  • We accept our corporate and social accountability; we choose partners who are morally sound and share our values. 

  • We only use factories which are fully compliant with all health, safety and child/labour regulations. 

  • We will test all our products to the highest quality standards. 

  • We strictly adhere to Health and Safety standards. 

  • We do not supply schoolwear directly to schools or shops within schools. We're aware that this can sometimes cause conflict, but it is our intention to support the official stockists of our products, who are the retailers who support us. 

  • We support the aims and aspirations of The Schoolwear Association and we believe the industry is stronger for it. 

  • We believe that we should contribute to the future of the textile community, so we participate in those forums which we judge will benefit its development.
