Back To School

We aim to deliver a first-class service to our customers all year round. And during Back To School, we work extra hard to help them out.

Before the season starts, every customer is sent our handy Back To School Guide. It includes full details of everything our customers need to know about placing orders during the busiest time in the schoolwear year.

During Back To School, we keep them updated with key information about our products, services and deliveries. We do this by sending emails and SMS messages about stock availability, special offers, embroidery and printing lead times, order cut-off times for day-to-day orders, delivery services and our Bank Holiday opening times. We also share this information via our website, social media channels and My Account, our online ordering platform.

By being proactive, we hope that we can deliver a reliable, fast and responsive customer experience that makes life just that little bit easier during Back To School.
