Certified B Corporation
Certified B Corporations are organisations that balance prosperity with people and the planet. We became a Certified B Corp in August 2020, because we want to be a force for good.
Positive Planet
Our Positive Planet certification to bronze level recognises our commitment to measure and reduce our carbon emissions. Certification is important to us, as we strive to demonstrate our care for the planet.
Carbon Literacy
Awarded by The Carbon Literacy Project, our Carbon Literate Organisation (CLO) accreditation to bronze level signifies our commitment to building and sustaining a low carbon business with a significant number of trained colleagues.
Certified Carbon Neutral
Awarded by The CarbonNeutral Protocol, a global framework for carbon neutrality, our certification extends from the port of origin to delivery of our products to our customers' premises.
Ethical Trading Initiative
As a full member of the Ethical Trading Initiative (ETI), we’ve adopted the ETI Base Code to drive improvements for the people who make our garments overseas. And we’re also helping all our suppliers to adopt the ETI Base Code.
We display the ETI Base Code in our overseas supplier factories in local languages, to aid awareness and understanding among workers and colleagues.

We’re a member of the Greater Manchester Good Employment Charter, which aims to help deliver better employment standards, good jobs and a thriving local economy.

An accredited Living Wage employer since 2018, we're committed to ensure that everyone who works for us, including contractors, benefits from fair rates of pay to meet the rising cost of living.
Living Hours
An accredited Living Hours employer since 2022, we deliver guaranteed hours and clear notice of shift patterns, so colleagues and families have greater financial security and stability.
Better Cotton
We partner with Better Cotton to improve cotton farming globally. Better Cotton is sourced via a chain of custody model called mass balance. This means that Better Cotton is not physically traceable to end products. We currently sourcing over 83% of the cotton used in our garments as Better Cotton.
